The hard working wallflowers of the Bright Young Music family, Blue Nile are our instrumental jazz ensemble featuring piano, saxophone, double bass and drums. Playing a mix of laid back and upbeat jazz and latin classics, the ensemble are perfect for classy background entertainment when your guests' conversation is of paramount importance. For smaller events Blue Nile can also be booked as a duo or trio.
Weddings
Blue Nile are suitable for wedding ceremonies and receptions, particularly cocktail style events. The quartet can perform instrumental jazz and latin dance sets, however if you are looking for a more dynamic mix of both pop and jazz music for dancing including a singer we recommend Bright Young Band instead.
For wedding ceremonies Blue Nile can also perform as a duo or trio, with the rest of the band joining at the conclusion of the ceremony for cocktails or the reception.
Corporate & private events
Blue Nile are suitable for background music for events of all sizes, and instrumental jazz and latin dance music for smaller events. For larger events with dancing we recommend Bright Young Band, who play a mix of pop and jazz dance music.

L.A.A. is a collaboration between pianist Louise Goh, bassist Adam Spiegl and drummer Adam Coad. The trio play contemporary instrumental music that sits perfectly in the background or foreground of a stylish and modern function. Playing a tasteful mix of jazz, latin and soul tunes the trio are a lively addition to corporate events, weddings and parties.

Specialising in the authentic hot jazz sound of the 1920s and 30s and the seductive romance of the 40s and 50s, Apple Ida are perfect for any vintage themed event. Suitable for both background music and swinging vintage dance sets, the full quintet features vocals, guitar, piano, double bass, drums and horn.
Apple Ida can also be booked as a duo, trio or quartet for smaller events.
Weddings
Apple Ida are ideal for vintage themed wedding ceremonies and receptions, both background music and as a vintage dance band. If you are looking for a mix of both pop and jazz music for dancing we recommend Bright Young Band - Erica is the vocalist for both ensembles and can direct the band from a vintage to modern sound as the wedding progresses.
For wedding ceremonies Apple Ida can also perform as a duo with guitar, vocals and double bass or horn, with the rest of the band joining at the conclusion of the ceremony for cocktails or the reception.
