We are going to dive straight in with the first lesson, it will take approximately 10 minutes. Have a pencil and paper ready, set your phone to Do Not Disturb mode, and let’s get started.
I really recommend using a physical pen and paper rather than your computer or phone. I always feel blocked up when I try and work on creative exercises at a computer, so for me a pen and paper is an essential way into my free-flowing imagination.
