Biography: Nicola Bramham

I am a dedicated, goal-oriented retail industry manager, currently the Visual Merchandising Coordinator for Dotti. I have over 16 years’ experience in the Australian clothing retail industry, working in management and visual merchandising roles at national, regional and local levels. 

I am fortunate to have worked across a broad range of positions and brands within the Just Group, and love that my career has allowed me to build strong relationships in the industry and continually take on new challenges and grow my skillset.  I am a compassionate and collaborative leader, and believe in cultivating a balance between building warm relationships with my team and providing inspirational support and direction from above. My commitment to communication has led to improvements in staff retention and sales performance, and I am proud to have watched my teams develop their own individual skills under my direction. 

When not working, I spend as much time as I can with my beautiful black lab Bailey.  I also love playing video games and spending time with my friends, family, and especially their own dogs.
