Payment & Scheduling

Weekly Lessons

Weekly lessons are paid in advance, either at the beginning of the school term, or 10 weeks at a time. Payments are accepted via Square in your local currency. Your weekly lesson time is confirmed when payment is received.

Casual lessons are booked and paid as needed, subject to availability.

Masterclasses

Masterclasses are paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via Square in your local currency. Your lesson time is confirmed when payment is received.

Cancelling & Rescheduling

Weekly Lessons

All lesson purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, you may reschedule your lesson by emailing me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Each lesson can be rescheduled once; if you cannot attend the rescheduled lesson, it will be forfeited.

If you miss a lesson due to illness and cannot provide 24 hours’ notice, you may request to rebook during the same week, subject to availability.

In rare cases, I may need to cancel lessons due to illness or other commitments. I will reschedule your lesson if possible or issue a refund.

If technical issues interrupt your Zoom lesson, I will do my best to make up the lost time at another date, subject to availability.

Punctuality

Lessons will start and finish at the scheduled times, whether held online via Zoom or in person. If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings and my availability.

Submitting Masterclass Materials

Please submit lesson materials (recordings, videos, sheet music, lyrics, or specific topics) at least 48 hours before the session. If not submitted in advance, we will review them together during the lesson.
